I have a 2W900FM-AS and yesterday i was hooking up a 2nd shock sensorbut before i did that i was messing around withe the sensor that comes with it, and noticed when i hit it or shook it it didnt go off right away. I had to do it for like a minute before it went off and the sensitivity was up to 10. does anyone know why there is such a big delay?

Did you wait a minute after arming the alarm before hitting it?

There is a delay to allow the car to settle and stop shaking/vibrating from closing the door. I don't think a thief is going to break into your car within seconds of you arming it.
