hello everyone !,
I got some problem with my ultrastart remote starter , installed on my civic DX 1993 hatchback.
Everything works perfectly until I found that the diode I put on the parking light connections are getting hot everytime the parking light get power source from remote starter parking light output. And yes, its only one parking light output from the remote starter.
First time I tought put unproper diode (1Amp), but I already changed the diode to 6Amp and still getting burn hot. Here also I put a simple diagram from I what I've had installed. i read some of the diode topic, some suggesting using the relay, but still I need a pinout diagram for installation. Thank you very much for your attention. Looking forward for answers, thank you.

You're in the United States like your screen-name says? And it's a U.S.-spec car? Every Honda I've ever worked on has had just a single parking light wire for the entire car.

Hello Chris !
hahahaha,..sorry for the confusing term. Its suppose to be the turn signals.
(OMG I tapped the wrong wires thenposted_image')
But I'm really interested on the "single parking light"
Could you please, please, please, pin point me the exact location of that wire?, and what is the color?
Btw, yes I'm in US, Atlanta Georgia precisely. And yes, it US spec Honda Civic.
Once again, I apologize for my stupidity, hope could learn from you. Thank you.

Mike

There is a RED / black wire near the top of the underdash fuse box. Get rid of your diodes, and connect the output of the alarm directly to the RED / black wire. All 4 corner lights, as well as the dash lights will flash.
