most alarms will take care of everthing you want, Many recommend DEI or Compustar

I second on DEI or Compustar. Another is Prestige.

Yea, most alarm does have hood, door, trunk triggers. Your going to have to ask them to hook up all these triggers because not everyone does. (i always hook up these triggers if avaible, but not everyone is like me. Some will even charge extra)

The bumping and breaking of the window should is taken care of by the Shock sensor aviable on all aftermarket alarms.

A good basic alarm will cover everything but the windows, well it could but the shock/impact sensor would false. I recommend also getting a glass break sensor and back up battery system (either for the alarm or a BUB siren) in addition to the alarm. You could also add door lock motors to the vehicle if you wanted a touch of convenience.
