i tried to reprogram the remote by turing the key on and off 5 times and it did not solve the problem and also changed the batery but still no change

and the alarm seams not want to go off if i lock the car and open the car with a key the alarm does not go off so some sugestions would be apreciated

As far as the remote goes, bring it in for warranty and hope the shop that you bought it from will give you warranty on it seeing that you installed it yourself. With the door trigger make sure that you used the correct door trigger ( + or - ) on the alarm system in comparison to the car itself.

Find a dealer tell they what is wrong. Use a bit $$$ send it in for service.

A test of your door tigger wire is a good indication if the unit is working. Remove the tigger wire from the connection of your car. Arm the car, apply - or + to the trigger wire. Alarm goes off. Unit working like it should. You the installer have to get find the correct trigger wire to your car.

You can pick one up from me if you live in Toronto, posted_image but any Compustar dealer will have one avaiable if you asked. No wiring up require. Just a plugin. One end to the unit, the other to the shock sensor.
