I am looking for all the help I can get. I am installing a Pioneer Avic-n3 and I don't seem to be able to find the vss wire in my Lincoln LS 2002. I have looked at the schematics and they don't match up to the 2000 or 2001 model years. Any help will be apprieciated.

IF your stock radio has the speed controlled volume, there should be a gray//black wire in the harness. That will also work for speed sense.

Is it safe to assume that the VSS wire for the Fords is the same Gray/Black wire behind the radio? If not, can someone please help me locate the VSS wire for a 05 Lincoln Navigator.

05 Navigator is gray/black on the radio harness, for sure...

In a LS you can get a gray/black at the wiper motor harness under the hood (for the speed sensitive wipers). Easiest way on those.
