Newbie here. I took notice today that the led for my Alpine 8040 doesn't blink. The alarm system itself works. I can arm/disarm it and the siren goes off when I open the door. The last door closed- 10 seconds until it self arms works. I tried another led and it, too, doesn't work. The grounds for both the led and disarm/valet switch appear to be ok. Where would I start to look? Thanks.

Mark

The Old Alpine LED's are 2v - soo use a Meter .. ck it ..

if it has 2v - then the LED is bad ...

Try that
