you just need to wire up a relay off the motor side of your starter kill relay, so it sends 12 volts to your second starter wire during crank.  You dont have to put a starter kill on the second starter wire because the car wont start any way unless both starter wires  have 12 volts.

Its just a regular 12v output using 2nd starter wire.
86 - 2nd starter from alarm
87 & 85 - 12v
30 - output to 2nd starter wire

It is only the third year the Scion has been out. Most car manufacturers redesign a car about every 4-5 years. That being said, the 2007 is more than likely the same as the 2006. If the body design hasn't changed, the wiring wouldn't have either.

How are you planning on preventing it from starting in gear?

I sincerely don't mean to come off sounding harsh so I apologize if I do but I would recommend not continuing with this install unless you seriously reconsider putting the R/S in. Remote starts on manual vehicles are dangerous unless it is a unit for that purpose, which the viper is not. There is no way to know 100% for sure that the vehicle is not in gear every time you get out and it only takes once to seriously hurt or kill someone. Hopefully you take this into consideration and by all means put the alarm and keyless functions in just disable the R/S function. Thank You.

thanks ferretvw i understand what you are saying but i have had remote start in 4 different stick's and like i said thats the way i taught my family to drive a stick to alway's put the car in nutral before getting out and i keep the emergency brake ajusted and when on a hill we turn the front wheels into the curb .

thanks to all helping me out with this :):):)

Bypassing a clutch lockout to install a remote start in a standard shift vehicle is unsafe and very foolish.  If you read the forum rules, this sort of information is not allowed here.
