Just means that the radio will only work in a car that uses the body of the car for the negative.  Some older cars used to use the body of the car for the +12volt.   There's nothing extra you have to do.  Jsut make sure you screw the black wire from the radio to a metal brace in the dash.

It means that you should connect the ground wire from your radio, usually Black, to a clean and paint free area of the vehicle body. Scrape the paint away and use a silver screw and crimp ring terminal to attach it to the body of the Jeep. Find an area that doesn't go through to the outside of the vehicle so corrosion won't start. The kick panel is usually a good location as it usually has some thicker metal in which to run a screw into.
