I have a customer with a Carbine AL470, i need to find a wiring diagram so i can figure out where the last person messed up. Can anyone help?

I would like to suggest an alternative approach. Rather than trying to decipher a unit that may or may not be working properly and with which you have no documentation or previous experience with, that you offer the customer your own unit professionally and correctly installed complete with a warranty. I can't help you with the instruction manual as I don't deal in those. Sorry.
