You will need either a digital interface metra part#GMRC-01 (the way I would go) or you can use the 70-2003-t harness in which the factory radio must be retained in the vehicle having a harness ran to this radio and back to the new one.

The remote start will require an ignition bypass as it is equipped with passwlock II. The best solution imo would be the gmbp from bypasskits.com. You'll find this bypass requires no cutting of the passlock wires therefore if it fails the vehicle will still start with the key. Just some advice if you plan on going through the work of installing a remote start I would suggest spending a few extra bucks and get something that is worth installing, bulldogs are very low quality units. Just my 2 cents.
