I'm installing a remote start on a 2005 toyota celica just wondering about how to bypass the clutch since I have everything wired up thank you

well most kits ive seen have it built in somewhat where you dont need to have the clutch pushed in, but if so then just rewire the clutch(switch the wires around) so that the clutch has to be out to start the car

Is your clutch activated with positive or negative?

carefull boys....the mods will shut you down. Bean there, done that, Theres a 14 pin connector behind the center console. In it you will find BLACK/ white wire in pin one. This wire needs a NEG(-) "start" pulse....varooommmmm.

Just a thought....is that Matrix manual remote start ready, monitors door pins and ebrake....Hmmmmm?

Yes me too, since I might end up having to do someting similar in a new car I'm getting and would prefer to use something like that, or as a last resort spend a lot more money and pick up a compustar.

I dotn have the 689M but the 688M is in thye down load section.
