I put a viper alarm w/remote start in my 94 accord and it doesn't seem to work consistently. It'll work if I turn the key to the first position (only radio and lighter). But only sometimes works w/out key inserted. I took it off an older honda 89' which had more ignition wires. I'm thinking its a loose connection but it might just be a certain order with the remote or somethin. Anyone got a clue?

The only thing I can think of is you may have to recheck your connections. This car has two ignition wires.

12volts white (50A)  +  ignition harness
Starter BLACK/ white  +  ignition harness
Second Starter N/A    
Ignition BLACK / YELLOW  +  ignition harness
Second Ignition N/A    
Third Ignition N/A    
Accessory yellow  +  ignition harness
Second Accessory WHITE/ black (not required)  +  ignition harness
Keysense blue/white  -  ignition harness
Power Lock BLACK/ white  -  gry conn. above fuse box in blu tape
Power Unlock orange  -  gry conn. above fuse box in blu tape
Lock Motor WHITE/ red  5wi keyless module under driver seat
Unlock Motor yellow  5wi keyless module under driver seat
Parking Lights+ RED / black  +  blue plug fuse box
Notes: Also a male blade terminal is available in the fusebox DKP.

Hazards same as turn signal wires    
Turn Signal(L) GREEN/ blue  +  steering column
