Trying to install an Arctic Start 1WAM-S remote starter in a 2000 Chrysler Voyager, and I can't seem to get the tach learn to work. When I press the learn button, the parking lights flash three times (indicating an error), then twice - manual says this means "manual key in off position", which I would *think* means that the brain isn't sensing voltage at IGN1. I have verified that both IGN pins are properly connected and are getting voltage when the engine is running, and both power pins are getting a constant +12V. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this "code 2" and had it mean something other than the brain thinking the ignition was off. I believe the alternator in this van is regulated by the PCM, so there's no clean way to use the voltage sense approach instead...
Sorry if this is a repeat question, I did search the existing posts but with almost 600 pages, I may have missed something

Where did you grab the tach signal from ? Also make sure that you have the GREEN wire from the CN1 harness attached to the BLUE wire at the ignition harness on the van. This error is not detecting a voltage on the GREEN wire so it thinks that the car is not running. Make sure that you use a DMM to test for voltage on the wire. It might be that your connection is not solid.... did you solder your connection ?
