Car will not start.  Another shop installed a alarm with starter kill  I fixed the starter wire.  But the Cadillac security system is on now and says that starting has been disabled.  Any way to fix this.  I got the rest.  This was a hacked up job doing a complete RR

Throw a battery charger on it, and then leave the key in the ON position for a while. At least 20 minutes.

Is it a remote start/alarm?
