First of all, im a complete noob with remote starts. Anyways I went ahead and decieded to install one myself on my 2000 Olds Intrigue a couple weeks ago. Well being the idiot that i am i cut all the ignition wires and starter wire instead of just stripping the insulation like ive since learned is what should be done.
My car starts and runs fine now, but im worried that my soldering will come loose and my car will stall out on the highway. Is there any way to "fix" what i have done and reenforce those wires in some way?
Thanks in advance for the help, i have learned a ton on these forums and website.

Tug on the wires slightly to check that they are firmly connected. If you are unsure, try unplugging the two plugs in the ignition switch to free up the wires and do a thorough solder job. Tape them up well afterwards.
