I just installed a Skytek and I can not get it to go in the program mode.

I turn on the switch.

I press the valet button 5 times and no chip.

I tried calling tech support but you have to be an installer to talk to them.

key on with in 5 sec push swicth 5 times

I've never had issues getting into programming mode.. is it doing anthing.

what status led doing
