hi everyone, hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me.

ive just fitted an alarm on my brothers cars that someone has fitted an 3rd party remote locking kit. he wants the alarm to power the central locking.

the alarm has a single wire to do this, it pulses to earth when armed and disarmed.

the central locking kit has 3 wires to the main motor, 1 permant feed the other 2 pulse to earth one to unlock and one to lock.

if we connect the wire to 1 or the other we can get it to lock or unlock with the alarm, but not both.

the manafacuter did make/sell a box to operate their central locking kit that is the same set up as we have got, but they dont make it anymore.

is there anyway of making something that will work or buying a unit from some where?

in short its a renault clio with after market c/locking, with no maker/numbers on it.

a shark alarm from maplins.

we need a single earth converted to twin earth but to pulse once to unlock on one wire, and once to lock on the other.

is this possable with out the kit?

many thanks.

Use DEI 452T that should do the trick. Here's an example
You should be able to buy it for like $20US.
