i found a orange sleave with 2 white wires i have a blue piont smart meater mt454 how do you test the wire to bypass the vatts do you cut the white wire and and put the doiad in

you will have to measure the resistance of the black resistor pellet in the ignition key with a ohm meter.Then find a resistor of this value.
