91 dodge shadow cm3000, doors reservation

I am trying to install a computstar cm3000 in my 91 dodge shadow. It has a manual tranny and factory power door locks. I am encountering 2 problems:
1) Door locks are not being triggered by brain, no output from CN4 #4 or #5
2) While trying to set reservation mode, the car shuts off as soon as I close the door, it does not run for 2 minutes.    I am guessing this is also the reason the car will not start, although it seems to be trying, everything turns on but the starter never turns over.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) How did you wire the relays for the locks. You did use relays...right?

2) The car is supposed to shut off as soon as you shut the door. It only stays on for 2 minutes if turbo mode is turned on. I'm guessing you wired the starter relay incorrect. The yellow black goes toward the key cylinder, the yellow goes toward the starter.

No, I didn't use relays. Worthless instructions don't say anything about 'em so I thought I didn't need any. So I need relays for the door locks, okay, what do I need to buy?

I misread the user's guide, I now see that the car is supposed to shut off when the door is closed. The starter relay is wired correctly, I guess I will have to check if the brain is outputting a voltage during starting. Any other suggestions about what may be causing this?

I solved the starting problem. I forgot about the clutch switch. I will run a wire from CN1 #3 to the starter side of the clutch switch. This should maintain the normal function of the clutch switch and allow the car to be remote started as well. Still trying to figure out which relays I need.

The method I mentioned earlier would not work due to the way the relay was hooked up.  Instead I used the 2nd starter output and relay after the clutch switch.
