I have been looking at how to setup the locks on my wifes car and from looking at this webpage

Link

It seams like I would go with the top diagram to get that to work is that correct, also I am trying to figure out on the alarm it has 2 wires Negative door switch sensing input and Positive door switch sensing wires I am trying to find where those go and how to wire them any answers on that.
And one final note, It says that I need to hook up a wire for Neutral Safety Switch Inupt I am wondering if anyone has delt with that.

Another then that I am ready to start working on this.

Yep locks are correct... your triggers should be neg... so hok the pos door trig wire from the alarm to +12 v constant.. [I belive] thats how astro does them...

Ok I have figure out the locking wires but I am still stumped on the door triggers. So I have +12 and a negative wires but the door trigger is negative so what am I supposed to do about that.

hook the neg trigger out of the alarm to your door triggers [diode isolate] and then take the positive trigger from the alarm unit and hook it to 12v constant. if that doesn't work then leave it disconnected... That is how the door triggers work on the rs/alarm units I install... it's compatible with all types of switching that way.... Good luck!

Really sweet!

I have one more quick qustion about the GMBP

I am stumped on the brown wire, it reads "Connect to (-) ground output when running wire of remote start system" what does that actually mean?

Thank you for your help.

the rs sends a ground out put when it's in operation... look at your rs manual... may be called a status wire... just needs to be (-) when the rs is on.... (turns on the gmbp)

H10 Connector, Yellow wire, -3rd ignition output. This wire will provide a negative output through the entire remote start sequence. Connect this to the GMBP brown wire. This lets the GMBP know when to send the information to the vehicle.
