Hey guys i have a 2000 BMW X5, and im wanting to install a valet 561r how hard are these cars, i have a few quaetions.

1. Do i have to have to buy the transponder ring from the dealer as well and the 556 u bypass moduel or will just the 556u do.

2. Will i have to use the keyfob that came with the unit to unlock the doors when the car is running with the remote start?

3. and it says with my car the way to disarm the alarm system is by unlocking the car so will the unit unlock the car when it starts or will i have to unlock the car then start it?

Idk i know thats probably realy confusing but im new to the whole remote start thing, im good with electronics, i mean ive installed screens and subs and amps and stuff but reading the manual for this gets really confising as much help as you can provide would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone could do a complete DIY on this for me and mabey email it to me ill paypal you 25$
