I am looking for a 2 way alarm with the capability of operating 2 vehicles, 1 auto and 1 manual transmission, remote start, trunk release, window roll up/down/vent, lock and aux channels for future expansion.
Looking to install in a Saturn SL1 with power windows, locks, trunk release and want to be able to open garage door when starting.
And a Ford Exploder with power windows, locks, rear window release and also want to be able to open garage door when starting.
Don’t what to have to deal with the hassle of caring two remotes. Currently I have a bad alarm system that does the basics (start, lock, release) but want quality now.

Well, the AstroStart 5204 Alarm/Starter combo will do all the things you mention. They have GREAT options and aux outputs aswell as programmable options. Astro is all I install, and am very impressed with reliability and easy of use.
