Depends on whatt bypass module you use... Quite tight.. small wires.. no starter.. ect... typical new gm.. the right bypass makes things go nice and quick XK01 dl alarm interfacce and XK06 for the new transponder.. + on the key.... works great.....

Who makes those bypasses?

I mostly install DEI stuff not familiar with that model #

You can find them at www.bypasskit.com. As mentioned, they work great and make the install much easier.
