Hi,

I have just installed the 564T, on a crv 2006, everything works fine except that when I remote start the car, the parkong lights always flash. Is that normal, and can the flashes be de-activated

this is a programmable feature... go into programming as per the manual and set parking lamps to "constant"

i always progrqam every DEI unit i install to constant.....

just a note while you can set the parking lights to constant there is no way to have them not be on at all unless you unhook that wire in which case you lose all parking light features

true, if you want to totally deactivate this feature just pull the fuse on the white wire.... and presto, no parking light activation....
