I am installing a UltraStart 2250M on my 1996 Honda Accord EX. Hers the porb. I have hooked up everyting (some I am not using) But i have hooked up all the ones they said to do Tach Learning. So I tried TachLearning by starting the vechicle and nothing happens well it starts and everything but the parking lights are susposed to come on but they didn't. So I check my tach sourse and I have it on the blue wire next to the coil just like they said. Any ideas???????????

test it with your meter. when teh key in the II position you should get 12v on ACC and 2 IGN, test those wire when you crank the car. if one lose power that's the ACC and the other two are IGN. IGN need to stay on constantly for it to ignite.
