Alright the car is a 1998 olds intriuge

Now i've installed many 2 way combo units before but i need help with this one LOL. Its very silly i know.Theres acuple feat i don't understand but i think there are the same thing.1,WHITE/ Blue wire (-) instant start and turn off out put. This wire activates and turns off the remote starter each time it sees a momentary ground signal.use to intergrate with factory or aftermarket system.!pulse is for an aftermarket alarm and 3 pulse is for a facotry system.2,yellow wire(-) 200 ma ign 3 control output.I fully understand what wire this is,as i need this for the bypass module. Now about the factory alarm,do i take both the disarm and rearm wire from the new alarm and t-tap that on the factory disarm wire???Never had to worry because i would always just put the factory alarm to sleep as there where getting a combo unit.So that blue wire did i need it???I know im probly reading into it to much, but i need to be 100% right before i tackle the job.See its for my grandma, and well i really just want her to have the RS feat, but i know the factory remotes won't work well its running.

According to DEI there is no factory alarm in the 1998 Intrigue. So you would not use the factory alarm arm/disarm wires.

If your factory remotes do not operate after the vehicle is started, then you would have to use a key to open the door when it is running. I would suggest just installing the after market system and using the remotes provided with it. This will provide substantially better range than the factory remotes and will work with the vehicle remote started. This also means that you would not need to concern yourself with the WHITE/ blue instant start and turn off.

I just wanted to know could i take the horn honk out put wire on the RS/keyless entry and attach that to a siren unstead of the horn.Im not too sure if that wire is the same as the siren wire when just doing a alarm???also if i dont use that wire, can i just take that (-) wire and t-tap that right to the horn wire (-) with out useing a relay.what would happen???

Well the - horn honk wire can be hooked up to the - horn wire in the car no problem, if you want to use a siren instead, you just need to wire a relay to trigger power to the siren...
