I just installed a compustar 2way starter only into this beautiful truck. Now when i remotley start the vehicle the Traction Control light stays on, and the on board computer reads "problem with electronic brake" when i start with key im fine.

Ive checked all my resistence's and their bang on. Also I wirred my 2nd starter and Accessory just like this https://64.85.6.129/extrainfo/diagrams/26500_GRAND-CHEROKEE_CHRYSLERS%20STARTER%202%20AND%20ACCESSORY%20DIAGRAM.pdf

Now i used universal bypass for transponder and a CAN SL for my anti theft and accessorys.

Im also getting positvie feed back into my Ground in while Running wire, Door locks, and Trunk release.  I diode isolated my Ground in while running wire and my 2nd starter wire.

IM SO CONFUSED

Where are you pullung your main 12v supply from.... if it's from lt blu and red it could be causing a problem.. ran into that before.. Pull your main power directly from tha battery... personally I would go with the bypass that takes care of all the chrysler bs with resistors and second starter outputs and such... It works great.. saves a lot of headaches

I went right to the battery.

I used the CanSL which takes care of all features like door locks and such, which is why i cant figaure out where the feed back is comming from

damn

sounds like you may have missing powering an extra ign or acc wire... which did you power?

the 2nd starter and acc are negative on the data wire right?  it does need a relay.

or are you saying that bypass will accomodate for neg 2nd starter and acc with the probper resistance?

ive seen problems with 3rd ignition outputs (status output, ground while running outputs whatever you call em) not powering up at the exact same time as the ignition wire and having it cause data issues with these new chrysler canbus equipped vehicles...if they dont recieve data at the same time as the see ignition its as though the vehicles computer is not booting at the exact same time as the starting circuits....anyways use a relay with ignition1 on the module to 85 3rd ignition output(seeabove) to 86 ground to 30 and your 87 to activate your relays for starting and your interface module....this has cleared up three chrysler computer issues for me...

but who knows it might have nothing to do with your problem........
