I have no clue if any of what you are asking can be done, but I do know this.
You can pick up a keyless entry with two remote for less than $50 and another $50 to have a professional install it. Or $0 when you put a bit of elbow grease and do it yourself. The time it took for me to understand what you are trying to do with the aftermarket/factory function, I think I would have the keyless entry completely install in your vechicle already.
No such thing as best system. Price, feature, brand...etc. are all variable. You move one the rest will changes unless you have a constant in between.
Below is a wiring diagram to get you start it. Ask ? if you are unsure. Lots of pros. here to help you out.

Starter BLACK / YELLOW + ignition harness
Ignition BLACK/ white + ignition harness
Power Lock BROWN / white - high on firewall by DKP
Power Unlock BROWN / blue - high on firewall by DKP
Lock Motor blue/black drivers kick panel
Unlock Motor blue/red drivers kick panel
Parking Lights+ GREEN / WHITE white molex left kick
Parking Lights- green or grn/blk left side of column
Hazards
Turn Signal(L)
Turn Signal(R)
Door Trigger RED / GREEN/ sil dots - left side of column
Dome Supervision
Trunk/Hatch Release
Power Sliding Door
Factory Alarm Arm arms with lock
Factory Alarm Disarm GREEN/ blue - ETACS mod. under dash
Notes: Must be relay isolated from the door key cylinder
The ETACS module is located left of the steering column close to the drivers kick. It is flat with its edges facing up, down, front, and back, with its two(2) plugs on the bottom edge.
