We installed a remote start and keyless in this car

we cant control the factory alarm to arm with our system

Wire magic says the factory alarm can be programed???

Does any1 know how to do this?

We have the driver door pin getting a - trigger pulse when locked to arm the factory alarm but it wont.

Wire Magic lists the instructions for procedure to reprogram the factory alarm in one of their graphics. You need to use one of the factory keyless remotes and at least one key. It says you need to use two keys, but the second is only used to activate the cars disarm wire. This can also be done with a jumper wire at the BCM.
