I don't know if the vehicle has a factory alarm and the customer didn't bring the fact. keyless remote. If I lock the door with the switch, would that arm the factory alarm? Otherwise will it arm from the door if I lock it from outside with the key?

Yes. Either hit the power lock switch and close the door, or close the door and lock from outside with the key.

On the top of the dash, where the turn-signal indicators are, there's a "SECURITY" light that will come on when locking, only if there's a factory alarm.
