Replaced the OEM door lock actuators with aftermarket units, now the factory alarm insists on being a nuisance. Recommendations? Car is 99 Accord EX 4 door.

kkesler,

Sorry, I don't quite understand your questions. I get some part, but not all. You can say I am just guessing. What exactly do you need help on? The actuator? or the factory alarm? or both? or a recommendation? A little clearer would help.

No, I guess it wasn't very clear. What I get for trying to multitask.

1) Door locks quit working in my wife's Accord.

2) I installed aftermarket two wire actuators instead of paying a fortune at the dealer for OEM units.

3)The alarm started arming everytime the doors were closed (doors locked, unlocked, didn't matter).

However, this evening I plugged the 3 wire molex going to the OEM actuator in the drivers door back up and it seems happy now. So, I guess if it's fixed then the post is here for anyone doing a search. Sorry for wasting the bandwidth.
