Does it matter whether or not i use the neg or pos wire on the accessory wire?

You should have 2 ACC wires, a purple (-) and a pink / YELLOW (+).  I have used the purple (-) without any problems. You might want to check out this post as well.

So i should attach the ground out while running wire to the keysense wire. If my starter dosnt have a neg accessory wire, instead of building a relay can i use the (+) pink / YELLOW in its place?

What system are you installing? I have used DEI's 561t and I don't hook up the keysense wire. You only need that if the car can't see two keys at the same time. As for using the (+) Pink / YELLOW I'm not sure I haven't ever used it, I've only install two R/S so far in the 06 model. You could always hook it up and see what you get, it's just one wire you would need to change over if it doesn't work.
