does anybody have the viper 160xvl and do you notice that there is no igniton controlled domelight feature like the regular 160 has?
since mine does not can i put my old valet 562t module back in and still keep the 1 mile antenna and remotes? and keep the one mile range or will the range shorten?

Im pretty sure you can. (cant comfirm since i specifically havent used the new sst units) Dont see why you wouldnt get to use the viper remote and have your mile range. The range should stay the same, shouldnt shorten.
I have been mixing and matching antennas and remotes with different brains all the time and never had a problem.

i have mixed antennas remotes and modules also so i guess ill try the valet module with the mile antenna and remote

no you have to replace the brain as well i'm told... as it powers the antenna at a different voltage or wattage.....
