I had a viper 791 installed yesterday and the locks are not working when u arm and disarm, they did work for a short time now they dont at all. another issue is when i remote start the truck my headlights blink and dont stop until i disarm and use the key. any help in this matter will be appreciated

Have you returned to the place that did the install? The reason I ask is so that YOU don't get in there, mess around with the connections, then they will tell you, you have voided your warranty. SAFETY FIRST posted_image

I have not touched nothing. i have been tryint to get a hold of the guy but no answer. when he does answer he gonna get an ear full! the bypass used is the 457 GW. Can anyone help in this issue??

Had a similiar problem on my 2004 Crew Cab and my GMDL-BP. (Clifford AvantGuard 4)

I had it programmed for the wrong interface. It needed to be a type 4, I had it wrong.

Don't know if that applies to the DEI unit or not
