I just purchased an autopage rs650 remote start/alarm and it's been driving me crazy to get it installed and working like it should. Ive got a chart that I found on this site but its not too clear for me. Do I need a passlock bypass module even though I don't have a special key? Does anyone have a better wiring diagram or instructions THANKS
Yes you do need a Passlok II bypass module. It may not look it, but it is a special key.

you will need a passlock 2 bypass module, for car info follow this link. good luck test all wires and also don't worry about the 3rd ignition wire, just make sure you power 1st and 2nd ignition and ACC.

While it is true that it does have Passlock II, It is not true that it is a special key. Passlock uses ordinary average everyday keys. You can go anywhere and get a key cut. As long as the ignition turns with the key the vehicle will start.
