Hi sonoma, what year, make, and model vehicle are you installing this into?

19** or 200* GMC Sonoma?... https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/vehicles.asp?strMake=GMC&page_no=2

Hi Shad, the "Alarming Output" is a switchable constant or flashing output that can be used to activate an external siren, horn, flashing parking lights, or a paging system. Depending on what you decide to do with it, you may need to add a relay.
