I put a Python 881xp alarm in my wife's saturn and once in a while she can't get it to disarm while the remote start is working. It is usually pretty cold when it happens and she has to wait around 5min before it disarms (pressing the unlock button constantly for 5min). It always seems to unlock when the remote start is off.
Any ideas?

It's been in her car for two years now and it only seems to do it in the winter.
