hello can any body tell me if i can use my cliffnet on usb instead of serial port because my new computer has no serial port . thanks..

I am not familiar with that cable, but you can pick up a USB to serial adapter from fleabay relatively cheap. And all of the box stores (Circuit, Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot etc) as well as Radio Shack sell the USB to serial/DB9 converters.
