Roughly how many relays is the average 2 way alarm/remote start going to need? Since I don't yet have the alarm I don't know what to expect as far as relays go. Some alarms I've done are nice and have most of the relays internally (parking lights, windows etc) but I noticed the DEI's don't. I'll be installing parking lights, dome, door locks, starter kill (I'll also be adding a fuel pump or ign kill), windows, headlights, remote start of course, and I think thats about it.

Starter kill relay is included. If you plan to kill the ignition as well then add a relay.

Two relays for door locks wich will do power windows at the same time by programming "Comfort Closure" to ON.

Two 6 amp diodes for parklights.

One relay for dome supervision.

Is this a manual tranny? You'll need a 689M interface from DEI Canada 1 450-635-7777or a PAC NSS.
