1998 Acura 2.5 TL Remote start

i'm workin on a 1998 Acura 2.5TL and everythings working on the car except the remote start. i've tested all the connections and when i try to start the car the heater goes on,and then i can hear the remote start brain tryin to start the car but the car doesn't even crank. Then the remote starter gives 3 flashes of the parking light which means it didn't get any signal from the tach, obviously because the car hasn't even started. Im positive the car has not immobilizer because the owner has copied the keys at least 4 times and they all work. I'm just testing and retesting and gettin nowhere. The remote starter is a prostart 2 way remote starter from canadian tire.

check for tach to see if learned or not.
ON THE 2.5 MOTORS THE TACH IS BLUE AT COIL NEXT TO THE BATTERY

there should be "key" light on dash if the vehicle has immobilizer. key light will turn on and turn off when swtich to ON or III

i tested the tach, and the remote starter learned it,i gave the blue wire on the 2 pin test connector near the battery.
