Could you help me,How to install the DEI 1700G on 2005 Trailblazer with Ultra start 1270TL remote starter.

which wire to use on DEI 1700 to which wire on the car, thanks

you need a bypass module on that thing.

didnt it come with instructions?  it hooks up also identically to the 457G.....

on the bench you wire up power, ground, status, lock, unlock.... and take it to the vehicle and connect the violet data wire...... then you select vehicle platform and program it for that specific platform.....

The purple wire on the 1700 to the purple wire at the diagnostic plug under the dash.
