 Hi,
I dont know how to install my DEI 457G. My 2001 Tahoe has a passlock with an orange tubing with 2 white wires and I dont know how wire them to the 457G module.

 MAIN HARNESS
 Black      to GRound
 Red        to 12V constant
Violet     to Violet of diagnostic plug
Blue white to Blue White (status output)

 IGNITION HARNESS
 White yellow   - Not used
Pinsk/Black    - I dont know where to conect it.
Pink           - I dont know where to conect it.

I appreciate your help. Thanks so much.
 Jorge

All you use are the 4 wires on the main harness, don't use the 3 wire harness at all on a Tahoe.

plus the orange tubing is not your passlock wires and you dont need to worry about where they are....   the 457G will shut off the passlock via data without needing to go to the actual passlock wires.....

yes... it still has to learn the R code.... but programming is easier than with the 1700 because you dont need to select a specific platform... it works with all platforms....
