For the Tachometer - I found 3 wires at the fuel injector but there is no voltage (although I was asked not to use the Yellow/Black wire, I couldn't find this wire either). Where is the Tachometer wire located?

At the ECM under hood pass side BROWN / white   next to the fuse box
