I've read everything I can find, and I still can't seem to get these wires working properly. Everything else on the alarm I've got working fine. Is there anyone here that can give me some advice, maybe someone who has wired one of these cars before or something. Any help is greatly appreciated :)

It has no stock automatic dome light, and I think thats what is giving me a lot of trouble. Because when you open a door there is no light that turns on unless you physically hit a button or switch with your hands.

This is the first time I've heard of that. I had two vehicles fail a licensing safety inspection because the automatic interior light didn't work. Funny enough they were both Fords and both rangers with the switch in the door latch mechanism (about $200 each)... needless to say, a quick trip to the wreckers with a crescent wrench and side cutters I had teo door switches and the issue was fixed by wiring the 95 and 96 the same way the 93 was... progress they call it.

Ya i just took a more thorough look at my dome light, and it has three settings for the switch. Towards the back it says off, in the middle there is no marking, and towards the front it says on. When you switch it to on it turns on, but it stays on even when you leave the car and close all the doors and everything, its not automatic when you open the door or anything it just stays on. In the middle it does nothing, even when i open the door it just stays off, so maybe it could be this setting that isn't working properly which is in turn not allowing me to set up my door triggers properly? When I have the two door trigger wires put in, and i arm the alarm it says its good to go, then like 10 seconds later my remote says a door is open and the car is unlocked. but in reality if you walk up to the car, no doors are open and you can't open them because they are still locked, but the remote is saying that they're unlocked. So i'm really confused as to whats going wrong here. my trunk trigger is installed and it works fine, there is a light in my trunk that automatically turns on when you open it and it works fine.

use a DMM to check the trigger wire, then let us know.
middle setting is for door.

The issue grows deeper. I now notice that my door chimes don't work either. could it just be a bad fuse somewhere?

Does your cig lighter work?

not sure, the piece to use it is missing, when i bought the car it didn't have it. i'll get a replacement and test.

The reason I ask is, most of the time the 2 are tied together at the fuse box.....check your fuses, specially since your missing the cig. socket. j

Just test the 2 wires at the point where the cig lighter should be...one will be hot, or get hot with ign. the other is ground.

Its your door switch things, they are probably rusted out and don't work.  I have a 91 Integra RS and my passenger one was also bad.

I agree with checking the fuzes.

I also agree with checking the door switches. Mine went bad too. I took them off, cleaned them up, and they worked fine again.

Ya I tested my cig lighter tonight and it works just fine. So I'll take a look at my door switches like you guys are sayin, with some good lighting tho, at first glance tho they do look in decent shape but i'll def take em off and take a look. As far as it being a fuse goes, I have mitchell on demand 5 on my computer and looking at the fuse diagrams for the driver kick panel and under the hood there doesn't seem to be one that has anything to do with interior lights or door chimes or anything so i'm leaning towards it being some bad stupid little door switches lol. thx for the help guys i'll let ya know what happens :)

Okay, so the issue grows EVEN deeper..... I just cleaned my driver side door switch tingiemebobber, and still no door chimes or dome lights. What else could it be? damn

by the way when i cleaned the door switch thing, the contacts already looked really clean, and the wire connection is still solid.

I know you said you looked at the diagrams for the fuse panel on Mitchell OnDemand5, but have you still looked at the fuzes in the driver's panel? I mean physically pulled and looked at each one? You never know, one of them could be blown in there, and affect more than one thing. Is there anything else in your car that isn't working that you can notice? Radio, high beams, panel lights? I know I'm stretching here, but just trying to knock everything out.

Everything else works, its just my door chimes and automatic dome light that don't work. I haven't got a chance to actually check the fuses yet, but I'm going to be checking them tomorrow for sure, I'll let you guys know how that turns out.

Okay I checked them, there is one spot on the diagram that mentions interior lights, it looks like this:

it says 15A on the side then it lists like this Clock
                                                                              Interior Light
                                                                              Cigarette Lighter

And when I pulled the fuse and checked the connection it looked 100% fine, which I wasn't surprised that it did because my clock and cigarette lighter work fine. The automatic light in my trunk works fine too. Its just my door chimes and dome light that aren't working, what else could it be? HELP ahhhhhhhhh i'm losing my mind lol

your door chime unhooked? your door chime might be tied together w/ the domelight.

i remember the 94+ tegs' chime is at the removable panel below steering.

Okay so it turns out it was my door switches the whole time. When I cleaned them 2 days ago I apparently didn't get them clean enough, and today while I was changing my oil they randomly started working, but only like 70% of the time. So I took it off again and this time around really cleaned it very well, got rid of all the rust and everything now it seems to be working 100%. Now my only problem is, my passenger door switch is not working, because I was never able to get it off, when I tried to get it off, the screw stripped, so whats another way I could get it off now so I can clean that one too?

And once I get my passenger door switch fixed too, how exactly do I wire my door triggers? I have 2 wires coming off of my alarm for the door triggers, one negative and one positive. And the following link has the wiring information for my car.

https://www.commandocaralarms.com/wiring/1992/Acura/Integra

So do I just put them into the two places, or does it have to be like certain one goes into a certain place or both in the same wire, or what. I'm confused.

Thanks for all the help guys :D

Hey, did you get it yet? Hmmm...I can't remember what the screw looks like in the switch, but sometimes you can get a flathead screwdriver in there if it's a philip's head that got stripped. Sometimes you can also start drilling a very small hole to make a groove that you can get a screwdriver into. Please, be VERY CAREFUL though because you don't want to put a hole in the switch or the wiring.

As for the door trigger wire, you'll find the GREEN/ red wire (as per the wiring diagram on the commando website) in the kick panel. Just attach the negative wire coming off of the alarm to the GREEN/ red wire in the kickpanel. Then, when you open the door and the domelight (supposedly) comes on, it will send the signal to the alarm.

Ya I got the driver switch all cleaned up its workin 100% now. I'm waiting until my exam week when I have time off to take my time with the passenger side ordeal and finish up the wiring of my alarm. Thank you SO MUCH for all the help :D

Okay, next problem. I got the passenger door switch drilled out and all cleaned, now both door switches are working 100%, dome light, door chimes, everything works 100%. Now when I'm hooking up my door trigger wires, my alarm has a negative and a positive door trigger wire coming from it, from what I understand I only need the negative wire on my car. Okay so I go look at the driver kick panel like the charts tell me too, and theres like 4 GREEN/ red wires. 3 of them are in the same blue connecter as where my trunk trigger wire is, which I have hooked up and working fine. The 4th one is way higher up in a different connecter and doesn't look like its the right one but anyways. NO MATTER what GREEN/ red wire I hook up my negative door trigger wire up to I get the same result, as soon as it makes the connection my parking lights flash 5 times. The same thing also happened when I ground the wire to the chassis........ Now when I leave it connected to any one of those 5 places and arm my alarm with the door open, after awhile my lights flash 5 times and my remote tells me a door is open and the car is unlocked. If I close the door and arm the alarm, it does the exact same thing..........

What am i doing wrong? help please

here is the main wiring chart i'm using

The wiring diagram for the integra on this website (the12volt) says that the GREEN/ red wire is in the red molex plug above the fuse panel. Are the ones that you're trying in a red plug?

Do you have a DMM to test the wires with?

Ya I tried that one in the red plug, it was really hard to get the wire into but I got it in there, and it had the same problem. I don't have a DMM to test wires, but a buddy of mine does, he should be coming by this week some time.
