Hello,

I recently bought a used car that has a remote starter/keyless entry aftermarket unit installed.  Unfortunately, the seller did not have the remote and did not know about where it was installed.  I was wondering of anyone knew of the make and model, or how I could get in touch with the manufacturer.

i assume the make is "ON/OFF", and teh model number is OF3000, serial number is OF 148335.

Thanks.

The best thing to do is trace either the LED or Antenna wire back to the brain of the alarm.
It will say the company's name, and possibly the model number.

I really cant tell from that picture.

That brain is an unusual shape. I haven't seen it before either.

You could go to www.remotesunlimited.com and type in the FCC ID # from the brain. You'll pay full retail for the remote at that site, but it's always a good starting point.

It is the old on-start os3000. I have installed many of these in the late 90s. The company is dead now. I have remotes but I have no programming instructions. They were only good for about 300ft. I would suggest having it replaced with a newer unit.
