I've got the remote start installed and working however the accesseries (i.e. heater fan) don't come on with the remote start. I think that I need to hook into the ORANGE / black wire to power this up, but I'm not sure if I need 12v there or ground. The remote starts an astrostart 1100 if it helps. Thanks

Your heat and AC are powered by the accessory circuit. Your 03 Neon is positives for all required accessories and ignitions.
