Could anyone help me.... I have a BOA remote start and I have lost the paperwork with the program codes.  How do I get them.  I had to have a radio put into my car and the unhooked the battery and now my starter doesn't work....  PLEASE HELP

Both the 165B and 265B BOA install/owner's manuals are available on this site in the downloads section. These should contain all the information you need to troubleshoot your system.

why did they disconnect the battery for a radio install?? just curious

Thank you all for getting back to me... The reason they disconnected the battery is because I was installing an EMS radio that is hard wired to my battery.  There were problems with it and they needed to change wires.
