I installed a remote starter on this vehicle and was just going to let the customer use there factory remote to control door locks and trunk. Come to find out that when vehicle is running you cannot use the factory remote for door locks and trunk. Any idea on how to correct this problem. This is a remote start system only.

There is no way. Bottom line is the remotes don't work when running on all Toyota pruducts, including Lexus.

If i swith to a remote starter that has door lock outputs will it work and if so what is the correct wiring.

Do a search here for Directfax document 1070 for door lock wiring.....
