I have a customer that has a viper 160xv on a 1996 Infinit J30 the problem is his blower for his heat was not blowing through the vents but he could hear it on so he took it to the shop. The mechanic says he fixed the problem. Then when my customer gets home his remote starter does not work. I came out and noticed that his toggle swith was off so I turned it back on. By the next day customer noticed that his his blower for his heat was not working again does this sound like remote starter plem or something else. By the way I did not install this system and also there is a valet button that I did not touch at all to get the car to remote start again.

I would like to dismiss the remote start as a problem - however the remote start could be drawing or feeding something it shouldn't. I would double check all the wiring. Even if you didn't install it. ...Hey! you may just want to do it for free in hopes he brings his wifes new Lexus over next month for a full system... ;)

Thanks thats how I found him in the first place. I noticed that there is a swith and a valet you have any idea what they are for?

The toggle switch is to disable/enable the remote start whereas the push-button is for TX or features programming.
