Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get better reception on the antenna for the New Scytek 5100rs. I can't even get it to read the remote from 2 ft away, you have to almost baby it and be right up on the car.

Typically bad range can be attributed to either a poor ground, antenna being behind tint that has metal in it, or the excess antenna wire being coiled under the dash.
